Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FipFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

FipFlow provides social media scheduling and publishing tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Third-party platforms

FipFlow publishes content to third-party social media platforms (including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube) on your behalf after you connect and authorise those accounts. Your use of those platforms is separately governed by their own terms of service and community guidelines. FipFlow is not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies, API availability, or publishing failures caused by those platforms. We do not guarantee that content will be accepted or remain published on any third-party platform. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use FipFlow.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or use FipFlow to create accounts on behalf of third parties without consent.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use FipFlow to publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates the terms of any connected social media platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payments and subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in EUR excluding VAT.
  • Paid plans include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through Fipflow. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Fipflow is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including failed or delayed posts.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse third-party platform APIs in ways that violate those platforms' policies. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases immediately. Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of FipFlow after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may delete your account before the effective date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which FipFlow operates. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable member state.
